About the event
This event is an exchange of gifts for the JJBA (all parts, both manga and anime) enthusiast. Fanart and fanfics are equally welcome!Since this is a NSFW event, You have to be over 18 years old to participate.This event is organized just for fun, not for profit.
Rules
1. Before joining the event, please, we kindly ask you to consider the deadlines. We don't want anyone to be left without their gift.2. Since this is a NSFW event, you must be over 18 to participate.3. Tag any potential triggers.4. Fill out the forms properly.5. This event is made for fun, so we kindly ask: no ship discourse.6. There is no “quality filter” for gifts. We simply ask you to give something that you would like to receive.7. Since we need to send you a dm to assign you your secret friend, we ask you to send us a message so that we can contact you in case your DMs box is closed. If we cannot contact you on that day, you will not be able to participate in the event.
Dates
January 22th: Last day to fill the form.January 23th: Secret Santa assignment.February 17th: First day to deliver your gift.February 24th: Last day to deliver your gift.
How to participate?
1. Read all the rules. By filling out the form, we will assume that you have read them and that you agree with them.2. Fill out the registration form (you can find the form pinned on our twitter account). Please, read all the fields correctly. You will have until January 22 at 11:59 (Greenwich Mean Time) to register.3. On January 23, you will be sent a private message indicating who your secret friend is, as well as the information of your request. In case there is any situation with the person (you're blocked, you can't write/draw what the person asked for or other reasons) let us know, and someone else will be assigned to you.4. You will have between February 17th and 24th to publish your gift on twitter. Please, tag your secret friend in the post. Tagging the account is optional, but it makes easier for us to keep a record.Note: In case you have filled out the registration but decide not to participate, please contact us before January 23th so we can remove you from the pool. We don't want anyone getting left without a gift, because that would not be fair.
Now, we understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable, so, if, due to personal circumstances you cannot finish the gift, please contact us as soon as possible, explaining the situation, and we will try to find a solution.

I already filled the form, but I can't participate in the event, what do I do?In case, for any reason, you cannot participate in the event, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the point where the event is, we will take different measures, such as making a re-adjustment with the participants.The event date has arrived and I don't have my gift ready, what do I do?Contact us to explain the situation. If strictly necessary, we will give you a small extension of time (after notifying the person to whom you are giving a gift). If you consider that you will not be able to deliver a gift, the administrators or a volunteer will take the promp, but you will not be allowed to participate in future events organized by our team.Are there any "not allowed to request" ships?We do not have any restrictions regarding ships or dynamics to request. That is why, to avoid the discomfort of the participants, we ask them to be specific while listing the things that they are not willing to do, including ships.I am not happy with the request / the person I got assigned. Can something be done about it?If for any reason (be it the nature of the request or a personal situation with the person assigned) you feel that you cannot fulfill the request, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assign someone else to you.What happens if the event has ended and I still haven't received my gift?If you have not received your gift by February 25th, please contact the moderators. If the person who was supposed to deliver your gift does not answer, we (the moderators) will make something for you. We just ask for a little patience in this regard.Is there any reason why I can be banned from the event?Participants of our "Secret Santa 2022" events who did not deliver any gifts will be excluded. In case they fill out the form, it will be eliminated and will not be taken into account for the draw. Likewise, those people who participate in this event and do not deliver any gifts will not be able to participate in future events organized by our team.
Additionally, we try to stay out of any situation outside the event. But in case you attack the team of moderators or incite hostility in our posts, we will be forced to limit your participation.Can I participate anonymously?Yes. If you'd like to give your gift anonymously, you can do so by messaging the moderators, and we'll post or send it to the recipient.If you want to receive your gift anonymously, please specify it in the form. If you already filled out the form, you can edit it or send us a private message.Can I participate in both the SFW and NSFW event?As long as you're over eighteen and have the time available to finish both gifts on time, of course!Does my gift have to be written in English, or can I deliver it in my own language?The event is organized in English for accessibility. However, if the person to whom you will give your gift speaks the same language as you, it is not mandatory to translate it into English.Two of the moderators speak Spanish, so if you need support with a Spanish-English translation or vice versa, we will gladly help you!
